Here is some information to help you shop at our online store, imaginewear.com. Our policies are different from our in-store policies.

Once you place your on-line order, we will confirm availability and email you within one business day. We will then ship your order by UPS no later than the next business day. If your selection is out of stock or backordered, we will suggest an appropriate substitution by email and wait for your instructions.

We are delighted to gift wrap your items at no charge, and include your personalized enclosure card. Please refer to the shipping chart for shipping charges. Taxable items shipped to a Massachusetts address will be charged 5% Massachusetts State Sales Tax.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and imaginewear.com gift certificates online.

If you need to return an item purchased on imaginewear.com, you will receive a full credit card refund if the item is returned in an unused condition within 30 days of purchase. If the item you received is a gift, you may return the gift for an imaginewear.com store credit that may also be used at Imagine, our retail store, at 50 Winchester Street in Newton, Massachusetts.
